Tourism in Hunan Province achieved a “good start” in the New Year of 2017. According to the Tourism Development Committee of Hunan Province, the province has received a total of 8.7213 million domestic and foreign tourists during the three-day New Year holiday, up 20.6% year on year. All of the 14 cities and prefecture have received more than 300,000 visitors for each. And 10 have greeted more than 500,000 tourists for each.
